My current job isn't related to software or computers, but it's in quality management anyway.

But I really have no idea where to start. And there's nowhere I can ask for help.

I'm from South Korea, and there's literally no content for beginners starting QA here.

YouTube, blogs, books... I couldn't find anything.

I want to search in English, but my English isn't perfect so it's hard to understand the content.

How did I write this post? I used translation.

I managed to buy one introductory book.

But it wasn't for teaching people like me from scratch - it was a book that teaches developers or product managers how to transition into QA.

I'm going to try to prepare by reading this anyway.

I'm a Registered Nurse, but I've never worked as a nurse, and I'm currently working as an office worker in the quality management department of medical devices.

It's a small company, so I didn't learn quality management systematically, and to be honest, it's hard to get recognition for this as real experience.

But maybe I can say I've at least dipped my toes in it.

My situation is pretty desperate, so I'm not sure if I can stick with it till the end...

But I'll try as far as I can go.
